Welcome to Influencer – Offers and Rewards ("Influencer", "we", "us", "our"). Influencer is a digital platform that provides users with access to discounted offers, gift cards, promotional opportunities, notifications, rewards and other digital features.

By downloading, accessing, registering for, purchasing membership to, or using the Influencer App or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not purchase, access or use the Influencer App.

1. About Influencer

Influencer provides users with access to a range of digital benefits, which may include:

• Discounted gift cards and offers from participating brands and businesses.
• Promotional offers and deals from participating merchants.
• Notifications and promotional engagement opportunities.
• Reward opportunities associated with eligible notifications.
• Video-sharing and other promotional engagement features.
• An in-app Influencer Wallet for recording eligible rewards.
• Other features, benefits and services that may be introduced from time to time.

The availability, number, value, frequency and terms of offers, gift cards, notifications and rewards may vary depending on participating brands, campaigns, geographic availability, user eligibility, inventory, promotional requirements and other operational factors.

2. Membership and Access Fee

Influencer is a paid digital platform.

The standard membership price for the applicable membership/access period is ₹599. From time to time, Influencer may offer promotional or introductory pricing.

The current ₹299 Welcome Offer is a promotional price offered by Influencer and may be changed, withdrawn or discontinued at any time.

The membership/access fee is charged primarily for providing access to the Influencer platform, its digital infrastructure, servers, technical systems, maintenance, development and the features and benefits made available through the platform.

The membership fee is not a payment for guaranteed earnings, guaranteed notifications, guaranteed rewards, or any specific amount of money to be credited to the user's wallet.

3. Membership Duration

The applicable promotional membership currently provides access for a period of 15 years from the date of successful activation, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Influencer may refer to this offering as "Lifetime Access" for promotional purposes, meaning access for the stated membership duration, subject to these Terms and Conditions, continued operation of the service, technical requirements, applicable law and the terms communicated at the time of purchase.

Membership does not automatically renew unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

4. Activation of Membership

Membership is considered activated when the user successfully completes the purchase and the purchased membership is made available to the user's Influencer account.

Once activated, the user may be able to access available platform features, including offers, gift cards, notifications, rewards, wallet functionality, video-sharing features and other available services.

Because digital access and platform services may be provided immediately after purchase, users should review the available features and these Terms and Conditions before completing their purchase.

5. Rewards and Notifications

Influencer may provide eligible users with promotional notifications through the application.

Where a notification qualifies for a reward, the reward amount may vary and may generally range from approximately ₹0.05 (5 paise) to ₹5.00 per eligible notification, depending on the applicable campaign and other conditions.

The reward amount is determined by the applicable campaign and is not fixed or guaranteed.

The number of notifications a user receives, the timing of notifications, the participating brand, the reward amount and the availability of reward opportunities may vary.

Users acknowledge that:

• Notifications are not guaranteed at any particular time.
• A particular number of notifications is not guaranteed.
• A particular reward amount is not guaranteed.
• Future earnings are not guaranteed.
• Rewards may vary from campaign to campaign.
• Some campaigns may have eligibility requirements or additional conditions.
• Influencer does not guarantee any minimum monthly or annual income.

The reward system is intended as an optional promotional benefit of the platform and must not be considered employment, salary, wages, investment returns, assured income or a guaranteed source of income.

6. Influencer Wallet

Eligible rewards may be credited to the user's Influencer Wallet after successful completion or verification of the applicable activity.

Wallet balances are subject to the applicable wallet, withdrawal, verification and eligibility requirements communicated within the application.

Rewards may be withheld, adjusted, reversed or cancelled where Influencer reasonably determines that:

• A reward was credited due to a technical error.
• A notification or campaign was not legitimately completed.
• The account was used in violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, automated, deceptive or abusive activity occurred.
• Multiple or duplicate accounts were used improperly.
• The applicable campaign terms were violated.
• The reward was generated through manipulation, exploitation or technical abuse.

Influencer reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and temporarily restrict wallet activity while an investigation is conducted.

7. No Guaranteed Earnings

Users expressly acknowledge that purchasing membership does not constitute the purchase of an earning opportunity or guaranteed income.

The ₹299 promotional membership fee does not guarantee that a user will recover the membership fee through rewards.

Any examples, estimates, illustrations or references to possible earnings are for informational or promotional purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise, guarantee or representation of actual earnings.

Actual rewards depend on platform activity, participating campaigns, notifications, eligibility, engagement, availability and other factors outside the user's control.

8. Gift Cards and Offers

Influencer may provide access to gift cards, discounts and promotional offers from participating brands and merchants.

The availability, denomination, discount, validity period, redemption conditions, inventory and other terms of any gift card or offer may be determined by the relevant participating brand or merchant.

Influencer does not guarantee that a particular brand, gift card, discount or offer will remain available for the entire membership period.

Users must review the applicable terms, validity and redemption conditions before purchasing or redeeming an offer or gift card.

9. User Accounts

Certain features require users to create an account.

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Keeping their registered mobile number and other account information up to date.
• Preventing unauthorized access to their account.
• All activities carried out through their account.

Users must immediately notify Influencer if they suspect unauthorized access or misuse of their account.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

a. Use Influencer for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

b. Create or operate multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized benefits.

c. Use bots, scripts, automation tools, emulators or other systems to manipulate notifications, rewards, engagement or wallet balances.

d. Attempt to exploit bugs, technical errors, vulnerabilities or system weaknesses.

e. Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.

f. Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the application, website, servers or associated systems.

g. Transmit viruses, malware, worms or other malicious code.

h. Attempt to obtain rewards through fraudulent, artificial or unauthorized activity.

i. Sell, transfer, rent or otherwise commercially exploit an Influencer account unless expressly permitted by Influencer.

j. Engage in any activity that may damage the reputation, security or operation of Influencer or its participating brands.

Violation of these provisions may result in suspension or termination of the account and cancellation or reversal of improperly obtained rewards.

Wallet Withdrawal Threshold

Rewards credited to the Influencer Wallet are subject to the applicable wallet terms.

The minimum eligible balance required to request a withdrawal is ₹1,000.

A wallet balance below ₹1,000 cannot be withdrawn and does not, by itself, create any entitlement to a refund of the membership fee.

For example, if a user's wallet balance is ₹500, ₹750 or ₹999, the user cannot request withdrawal of that amount until the eligible wallet balance reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold of ₹1,000.

The membership fee and wallet rewards are separate. The inability to withdraw a wallet balance because it has not yet reached ₹1,000 does not constitute a failure to provide the membership service and does not create a right to a refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available through Influencer, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, images, software, user interfaces, videos, trademarks, service marks and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Influencer or its respective content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

12. Third-Party Brands and Services

Influencer may display or provide access to offers, gift cards, advertisements, promotions and services provided by third-party brands and merchants.

Such third parties may have their own terms, conditions, privacy policies, redemption requirements and refund policies.

Influencer is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, products, services or policies of third-party merchants, except to the extent required by applicable law.

13. Service Availability

Influencer will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and functionality of the platform.

However, the application may occasionally become unavailable because of:

• Scheduled maintenance.
• Server maintenance.
• Technical issues.
• Software updates.
• Network failures.
• Third-party service interruptions.
• Security incidents.
• Force majeure events.
• Other circumstances beyond Influencer's reasonable control.

Influencer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Influencer does not guarantee that:

• The platform will always be available.
• All information will always be accurate, complete or current.
• A particular offer or gift card will always be available.
• A user will receive a particular number of notifications.
• A user will receive a particular reward amount.
• A user will earn a particular amount of money.
• The platform will always operate without technical errors or interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Influencer and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Influencer, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the platform.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity conducted through your account.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your infringement of third-party rights.

17. Suspension and Termination

Influencer may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, violation of these Terms, manipulation of rewards or conduct that may compromise the platform or its users.

Where appropriate and legally required, users may be given an opportunity to address the relevant issue.

Termination or suspension does not automatically create a right to a refund.

18. Changes to the Platform

Influencer may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, offers, rewards, notification campaigns, gift cards or other services from time to time.

Changes may be necessary because of technical, commercial, operational, regulatory or third-party circumstances.

Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated to users through appropriate channels.

19. Changes to These Terms

Influencer may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Updated Terms may be published on the website or within the application. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Before purchasing membership, users should understand that the membership provides access to the Influencer platform and its available benefits for the applicable membership period.

The ₹299 Welcome Offer is not a payment for guaranteed earnings.

Rewards from notifications, videos or other promotional activities are variable, conditional and subject to campaign availability and eligibility.

Using the membership after activation—including accessing offers, gift cards, notifications, reward features, wallet features, video-sharing features or other platform functionality—constitutes use of the purchased digital service and may make the purchase non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the policies of the payment platform through which the purchase was made.
